Research on the Relationships between Knowledge-Based Dynamic Capabilities, Organizational Agility, and Firm Performance

To explore the impact of knowledge-based dynamic capabilities on enterprise performance mechanisms, basis theory and upper echelons according to collected sample data using a structural equation model in an empirical test, this paper explores knowledgeability, organizational agility, business performance, executive support provided by theoretical four variables. The results show that agility have significant positive effects firm performance; has mediating effect via moderating process affecting agility.
